Size Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

Exchange Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with size exchanges.

  • Two-way shipping costs (pickup and reshipment) must be borne by the customer.

  • Applicable charges will be communicated during the exchange process.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged.

  • Product received is defective.

  • Wrong product received.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer.

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products without original tags or packaging.

  • Clearance sale, promotional sale, or limited-edition products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

To report an issue:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide a complete unboxing video.

  • Share clear images showing the issue.

Once verified, MEOWME will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed if:

  • A replacement product is unavailable.

  • The order cannot be fulfilled by MEOWME.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Partial-payment orders that are refused at delivery may be restricted from future purchases.

    Customers can track their shipments using the provided tracking details.

    Delivery Delays

    Delivery delays may occur due to:

    • Weather conditions

    • Courier operational issues

    • Public holidays

    • Remote delivery locations

    MEOWME is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers; however, we will assist customers wherever possible.

    Failed Deliveries

    If delivery fails because of:

    • Incorrect shipping address

    • Customer unavailability

    • Refusal to accept delivery

    Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

    Partial Payment Orders

    For partial-payment orders:

    • Remaining payment must be completed at the time of delivery.

    • Refusal to accept COD balance deliveries may result in future order restrictions.
