Size Exchange Policy
We offer size exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange Shipping Charges

Two-way shipping costs (pickup and reshipment) must be borne by the customer.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Change of mind after purchase.

Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

Share clear images showing the issue.
Once verified, MEOWME will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be processed if:

A replacement product is unavailable.

The order cannot be fulfilled by MEOWME.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
